Mango allows users to combined heterogeneous data sets into one, easily readable environment. To put it simply Mango allows users make simple and easy to read data visualizations, simplifying the process between data reading and analysis.

Mango offers a simple to learn language that was built specifically for data manipulation. With our comprehensive documentation our users can learn the basics of Mango in no time.

Mango offers methods to access the Kyoto Encylopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG), the Stanford Large Network (SNAP), and the Weighted Gene Co-expression Network Analysis (WGCNA) databases to allow users easy access to complex data sets. We have plans to add more data sets in the future to keep up with the needs of our users!

Our current iteration of Mango is the result of many months of development. We plan for substantive updates every few months with bug fixes as needed.
